Nothing but simply amazing... I have found samya yoga class from Internet and we went there for inquiry. Very first impression was like yes this is what we were searching fit yoga class. Acharya Ram is very professional and has sound knowledge of yoga and not just that he has also knowledge of human body hormonal system and functions so can be very helpful in a way to suggest some particular asanas which might your body needed to balance out.

Money oriented person only. We went for a demo session and now Mr. Ram asking for 200 rupees for 2 person for demo session. Strict Rules: if you do not attend session then money gone. Weekly 5 session only and per session 100 rupees per person. Who charges for demo session? Yoga center is just one small office which was not clean and no AC also. Half time he focuses on online training. Though, I paid him 200 rupees online to cut the discussion on WhatsApp because he literally want that 200 rupees from me. I donated that amount. Be clear once you enroll with such type of money oriented person

I have been practising yoga under Ram ji's guidance since January of this year and so far the transformation has been amazing. We do our lessons over Google Meets as I am in the UK and Ram ji is in India. Due to heavy weightlifting in my younger days, an office job now and generally a lack of moving about my muscles were incredibly tight and as such my flexibility was non-existent. I had tried to do yoga using an app and I was just not able to keep it going. That aside, my diet was horrible and as was my routine which had knock-on effects on the rest of my life. Ram ji took the time to understand exactly what was wrong with the balance of my body and then gradually guided me through slowly more intensive yoga movements with an evolving routine specifically tailored to my requirements. He also provided guidance on slight changes to my diet and routine which has meant I am more regular and as a result have been feeling better mentally and physically. In the few months we have been working together I now have a much better posture than I did previously, have less small/annoying aches and pains which we usually attribute to age, and have much more flexibility than I did previously. I am only at the beginning of my journey with Ram ji and I am sure it will be a long journey together. As a teacher, Ram ji is very patient, always has a smile on his face, and is easy to learn from. Considering the personalised attention, the cost of the service is very affordable too.

I have started my yoga journey with Samya yoga under supervision of Acharya Ram. He is a good teacher of Yoga. He is also kind in nature and soft spoken person.

Achary Ram sir is a very good yoga teacher who teaching me begginer level. It's easy to understand I really enjoyed it. I really recommend him and have fun your yoga life with him.

First, I would like to mention that Ram is very simple and happy to go as a person. My husband takes personal yoga sessions from Ram and we have nothing but an outstanding experience. Starting the class with simple talks, understanding the problem and providing guidance through yoga. If you share a problem he will always have a positive approach and provide you solution. My husband takes the class but he keeps checking with me about my husband health and eating habits. There are few people who becomes the part of your family,Ram is one of them for us. I would recommend people to join his classess and get guidance through yoga plus peace of mind.
