Location - 3 Km from Kasara Ghat , 4Km from Manas resort, within 5km restaurant & food stall not available Room - Rooms are clean (*4.5) Toilet - Clean (*3.5) Parking - Available Care Taker - Friendly Peoples. As per cost perfect room for couple,friends,Family. No swimming pool. Single bed in 1 room only 2 person can sleep properly. Sula wine yard - 45min far Sinner - 1.30min far Igatpuri Dam - 15min far Kasara Ghat - 5min far Overall Rating - 4.5*

Very clam place especially during the rainy season. Very good staff. Nearby water fall is good, kids can enjoy a lot. Phone signal is not there which is good as we can relax for a day or two we stay over there. One improvement I would suggest is to clean bedsheets and blankets as sometimes they smell.

The Bad : Lots of bugs in the room at night (small dragon flies and other biggish bugs). No mobile network (1 bar at a very specific place near the motel), No wifi, there are tvs in the room but the staff didnt even charge the dish service provider after asking them to, so there isnt anything to watch, no water early in the morning, so you might have to wait a bit if you want to get fresh early in the morning. We were also charged for two bottles of water, they didnt even include that in the room charges (8.5k for three rooms). They dont cook or serve food, only give out utensils. If you ask for something you will have to go and follow up with the staff a lot. The good : Ac in the rooms, there is a big table in the verandah where you could do lunch/dinner with your entire group thats divided in three rooms. They give out those mosquito coils for your rooms (for the bugs) if you ask, but some bugs still meander about. Verdict : Its a bad motel at best, not even close to resort levels.

New set up, but location is good. Waterfall near the location is good. Kids can go inside . For food u hv to order 45 mins before . rooms r average. Above all experience was nice.rooms need to keep cupboards.

Nice place to stay, Far from crowded location. Clean rooms nice care takers..and too affordable and safe as well. Just One issue they don't hv kitchen but we can place order from new apna hotel which provides good tasty food but usually take 1 hr to get it delivered as Hotel located in valley.

Other than the beautiful location, there's nothing to like about this place. There's no wifi as claimed, the place is buzzing with insects, service is poor.. they need a lot of pushing to get things done and still wont do it right. Basically, they dont care to provide the service they claim to provide once they have got the entire money in hand, while checking in. This is very much a motel and not a resort by any standards. They dont have a restaurant and the restaurants nearby dont deliver to this place.

Very nice location, average rooms, basic food service, barbequee. Bring your own food and drinks allowed.
