FANTASTIC BOAT BUILDERS. Ive bought 2 kayaks from them nd both are in impeccable condition even after rough use . Plus their customer service was top notch (even made a few friends) I don't get why people here are complaining about their products and their customer service because from my experience the whole experience was just BRILLIANT. If ur just a hater don't try nd degrade such a reputable company .
The kayak I had bought was of exceptional quality. As a beginner, I had faced no difficulty in handling it. Undoubtedly one of the best.
Nice boat builders in aroor area. Their fishing boats are sturdy and long life. Got a chance to deal with them for supplying engines and gearboxes. Brothers are so friendly and approachable, hardworking guys. They have supplied good quantity of quality boats to nagapattinam area after the tsunami time. Poor after sales service. I have 5 paddle boats from this organisation. I have requested them to send one technician to service the boats. they asked me to send the pictures of the boat. it has been 7 days i have sent the pictures. i have called multiple times and even sent followup email. Neither there is response to emails nor to Phone calls by Mr Suresh.
