We have gone there for the 2 nd time Owner is very co operative!! You can also extend your stay for minimal amount.. this place is very clean and well maintained. Ac, lights, fans were working. We have gone there in august, this cottage is surrounded by Greenery. Sea is hardly 5 mins away!! They don't offer food, you have to buy food from nearby restaurants. But they provide you with contact details of nearby restaurants. Overall a win-win deal!!
Calm place, with direct access to the beach. It's basically a homestay, where the owner has built a couple extra rooms in his property. No amenities, decently clean, big rooms, a fair deal for the price. Commute is an issue, no rickshaws or cabs available easily. Also, the area gets scarily dark after sundown. The beach is amongst the cleaner ones.

Calm and quite resort away from town hustle-bustle , basic stay facility at best best price. Easy access to beach and hotels.
