Samudra Resort - Hotel in Nashik, Mahadeopur - Nashik, India

It's a pathetic resort. Never have I ever experienced so misguided resort listings. The road to this resort is very freaky. You feel like you are part of Ramsay movie. After going through this, when you reach the resort it makes your worst dream come true. This is not a private bungalow but is a resort which allows multiple guests. The rooms are so pathetically maintained and has weird stink. They have a few pet dogs which we found locked one of the unoccupied rooms. Which gives a feel that they have access to all the rooms. The washrooms and bathrooms are not attached to the rooms. You have to step out of the room to go to washroom plus they are not very hygienic. The utensils used to serve food were also not very clean and gave a feeling that the dogs are fed in the same utensils. It was so depressing that we left the room in 1day though we had booking for 2 days. The owner should really focus on getting the property to a good maintenance level. And this was not just our feeling. I spoke to other guests staying in next rooms and they had same feeling. They in fact fought with the owner as well. It was overall very very bad experience. The positive reviews here are either from the time when this property belonged to someone else or posted by people who personally know the owner.

Its a nice place surrounded by nature with lush green trees .its a river front place.there are 5 pugs to play with.swimming pool is good with water directly from gangapur dam.inhouse facilities are good.staff is very friendly. if you really want to unwind this is a nice place

First thing first, location is not at a place which will make you feel safe as the last 1 km as per the Google map is all off road and you doubt yourself that how can a resort be this remote. Rooms are extremely small with only AC being the only amenity. Small beds, used quilts, no water bottles. Bathrooms are big but extremely dirty. Water supply got affected a lot, so much so that in a stay for 22 hrs, around 6 times there was no water in the washroom. There is no reason to go for this resort/villa as it is not worth it at all, specially for families.

View from Resorts and surrounding are worth the visit..rooms are good & food service is great..But confirm the road to Resort by the resort owner instead of google map..!

Owner is fraud and cheater. There is literally no road to the place. They do false commitment about the place. Illiterate staff. Place smells bad. Please do not go to this place. You will get looted. If you are going as couple and females are with you please don't go.

Team of Samudra is very energetic, cooperative and innovative. We had first time visit, while driving to resort we were not clear how the resort will be. All our perception went for toss and it was really a place in nature, well maintained beauty of resort. We had bone fire and chulivarcha swayanpak. We had too good taste and enjoyed food. Staff is quick in service. We also enjoyed with our kiddo with dog, puppy, cow, cat etc. They provided cricket kit for play. We extended our stay as the nature is too good.

It is a calm place best for a staycation destination away from the crowded vehicles and highways near the riverside place It was a great experience for me.

It's a differently done up place. There are 3 rooms in each villa or thats what they call them. These 3brooms habe 2 common bathrooms. If you book a villa then that entire space is yours which also includes an open sit-out area which is not too big but still big enough. When we visited there were other families also staying. The place is a bit secluded and away from population and hence may give you an unsecure feeling. They do serve breakfast and tea. They will also set up a barbecue if ordered in advance. The main course has to be ordered form out side which they will help you with.
