Poor service, we haven't got complete accessories for my new phone, such big showroom and it's so embarrassing, visited multiple times as seller said but finally seller said there is no stock .... if we buy samsung phone directly from website we wouldn't have faced such inconvenience... we paid money n we didn't got the things...

The showroom is good for Kolar standards, you get most of the Samsung gadgets and appliances you need here. The location is good. One thing they need to improve is the quality of their salesman. They are very transactional and have no clue on how to deal with customers, give recommendations, ask questions and make a good impression. But people in Kolar don't mind that I guess.
