They had no charging adapters in stock when I visited
It's worst and fake store!! They claim it is a genuine and authorized Samsung service center, but it is really fake. My phone had charging issue, they told it will be solved in 2 hours. Instead they took 6 hours and broke my Amoled screen and without informing me they had already replaced it with with cheap duplicate screen. I told them that my screen is blur, it's not the same as before, they all started laughing and said that u will have to buy new phone because ur mother board is damaged. Next day itself my phone stopped working. Really unprofessional tribe including the technician. I suggest not to go here, it's better to go to local phone repair shop.

Provided a good service. Located in an accessible place. BRTS bus stop is nearby. An ATM operates just opposite to the shop. They did a great job by updating me with details whenever I made a call. Customer friendly approach to be appreciated.
Literally the worst place for customers. Don't trust anything they tell you, they speak really convincingly. They said it is an authentic service centre, but installed fake product. No response from them when contacted. Disgusting experience. Had to get my screen replaced again in an authentic Samsung centre. Lost Rs. 6k There are better stores in Hubli, please don't go here.
It's unfortunate that Google has no provision of rating 0star or negative stars. This store is one of the worst places to enter into for any requirement. It's not a genuine service centre. They simply loot customers with doubled rates of servicing and duplicate/substandard parts. I entered the shop and asked location of Samsung Service Centre. They claimed they are genuine service centre. My phone had charging issue. They took it for repairs and after 3hrs called to take the phone to find it wasn't fixed properly. Back glass fell off. So they fixed it with rubber bands tied and gave me telling to check after 1hr to let the gum get fixed. After 2hrs I found partial improvement in charging of phone and a new issue of reduced sound. When I took to them they claimed it's a separate issue and the speaker needs to be changed and the technician is not around to discuss the issue. They charged me double for what they did as per the Genuine and only Samsung Service Centre of Hubli which I found out later. I would request you to buy a new phone than get your phone fixed at their shop and also
Worst customer approach... the person at the center(Mostly manager or the head person at the center, don't know his name)has worst attitude.... he doesn't respond to customer properly... I had given phone for repair with the problem of screen going blank while using and the problem was not solved... when asked about the same he was not ready to speak and would go here and there speaking to others.... very worst experience... they don't even deserve 1 star.
One of the worst Samsung stoor I have seen it's better u go to dharward n take it n no proper response from the number given in it n they never gives the advance booked product on time and never supports in the service
