Samsung SmartCafe (Amplified Communications) - Cell phone store in Imphal - Imphal West, India

I went for repairing Samsung m30s smartphone. The charging board is not working. Touch screen is working but the screen is broken . I didn't go replacement of screen as it is still working except small scratches. I was using it with the broken screen. But when the charging board is not working, I couldn't charge my phone and I went for repairing of the same. They charge Rs. 5005 for screen and charging board repairing. This is so costly. I bought it at 12k from Amazon India 2 years ago. Better to buy a new phone instead of repairing. Thank you

Satisfied with the service but service staffs are dishonest. My family paid them extra amount of Rs.500 by mistake, but upon realizing and when inquire later on, they refused to admit it. Its not about the money but the trust. So don't make mistake with them.

Worst service to the customer!!!! The assistant shows too much attitude... Take too much time to repair a phone.. The cost is also high compared to other.. Never they gave free service even for a warranty product..

Absolutely amazing. Got my TabS6 lite in grey . Was in search for long but got it here. Customer service was awesome.

The product you purchase will be of MRP or discounted price of the company. While, in normal retail stores you can purchase at reduced rates but there's no guarantee for original products from normal retail stores.

My experience. Went to buy a Samsung Galaxy. The sellers dont help the customers get what he want instead give them what the sellers wanted. Its a smartcafe.
