Two stars is for the service attendant, the rest service experience is worst, they replaced my original display with duplicate one without asking or telling me, even they changed my speakers also which had original and in good condition before service. When I asked for service invoice they said that they will send it by mail, which I haven't received yet. Very bad experience, they are not trustworthy. If you want to keep your device safe and original, kindly find any other nearby Samsung care.
All good but many time they don't have parts and we have to wait for 4 days

Worst experience Don't trust this service centre of samsung Worst experience scamming people.. I had a problem in my charging they first said that it was a problem of con to con then changed and said it was the motherboard problem .. but I have knowledge of phones and knew it was not a motherboard problem .. so I take the phone back from them and a local phone shop did it for 300 and said there was no problem of motherboard...
This store in no more Authorised . They only pretend to be authorised. The Authorised one is in Gurudwara road durg
Honestly this was the worst service centre I have ever seen I asked to help me is my phone was not working properly buy some reason they refused me to solve my problem I visited to the Chauhan estate's service centre and they were very polite and solved my problem within 5 days.... I will surely suggest you that don't go to this service centre at all he will not be given any good services here.
