It's permanently closed in the mentioned location .i was asked to go to Jaysingh complex mi store as it would be the authority of Samsung. But they yet to start the service .
Worst service center. Female staffs are busy at their own world, least response to the customers. They noted my mobile part order, told me to wait for 7 days. After 7 days when I visited they were totally unaware of the order. Again after 7 days when I called them, they were acting like they have ordered my device part but in reality they still ordered nothing. It's been more than a month and half since neither they called and not even a single info about my order. Samsung should review the service centers they approve.
It's a very stupid service center. When I go they busy in their personal work. Their no response my problem.

It's a just mobile care. The members are well behaved. But the Samsung mobile parts are very costly.
The staff have more egostic behaviour. They don't care about all coustemer. They charges extra money without proper bill. In my view if you have warranty period before going to any local shop for repairing 1st go to coustemer care center, take their review and after then take your own decisions.
Waste of our time, I gave my phone before 1month still you guys don't no what's the problem. Getting call day by day and saying it takes cost 2000 for repair again calling saying 8000 don't you know how much it's charges, that phone is very important for ur and you Samsung service employees don't know how to respect customers worst service I ever saw anywhere take action regarding my feedback otherwise I will contact higher authority of your Samsung services.
Authorized Service Centre, Bargarh Service Center Services is some delay . We are taking Samsung Service from 15km, 20km, 25km, 30km, above more km to reach people. But there mobile not completed . He/she to Go back to home & ask to come one week after. That is not good answer for customers. There lost & risk of money, Time, roadway risk. Dear Sir/Madam I am tell above write means next time to please do not bother to customer..
