Samsung Service Center - Electronics repair shop in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

This Samsung Service Center is centrally located in Mangalore city, near the PVS Circle (close to Manasa towers) and so is easily approachable by one and all. Do note that it is situated in the first floor of the building and staircase opens right onto the MG road. The staff is very customer friendly and take care of your service requirements. Most important is they do enforce the "first come - first serve" rule which I personally feel is very important in any customer centric business as I'm tired of people jumping lines of patiently waiting people and staff abetting with them. Recommend the service centre (five star )to one and all.

It's impossible to get any service from them. I don't think there do any work, simply take salary from Samsung. Even their call center staff is brainless. After taking my complete residence address which is in Mangalore, Karnataka, the idiotic lady forwarded my ticket and number to their Chennai service center. Some guy from the Chennai service centre caves to ask me directions from Chennai to my house. It's just a bunch of ridiculous people ganged up against customers. In comparison to this, our local general electronics repair shop repaired my TV within a day.

Staff here are very lazy. Official closing time is mentioned 6:30, but if you go at 5 pm they will not even accept your request saying it takes 3 hours to even submit a job sheet. And ask you to come back the next day.

I had bought a samsung z flip 3 last year, within 6 months of usage the screen broke at the crease where you bend the phone, so they replaced it under warranty(that time no damage was done to phone while repairing it)....and now again after another 6 months the phone shuts down when I flip the phone to close it. This is the quality of samsung and its service center...Now they are telling me to pay 30k for the screen replacement which is actually a manufacturing issue by Samsung. And there is no guarantee that the screen would work fine after the fix. So I decided to not go ahead with the repair. Also when I had given the phone the second time, there was damage done to the back panel. And when asked they were like the damage was already there due to protective guard. Now there is no warranty and with additional damage to back panel and with cheap quality screen the phone is quiet useless. Also the back panel keeps popping off, even though i went back to the service center fix it. Attaching screenshots of the damage to the back panel.

Please please don't visit this particular service center ,,,they "ll steal your display, replace it with an old one which either has a mark or a crack ,,,if you 're reading this review please don't visit ,,

Worst experience i have ever felt.. As per discussion in mail, they have promised me they will provide exchange after 2nd service.. But promise was false..

Staff seem honest. But usually quite high prices for most of the spare parts. Located right at PVS circle, doesn't have parking space for 2/4 wheeler vehicles.
