Not bad servicing. If you stay there and wait they will make it as soon as possible but if u leave your phone there and go it takes time as they won't work.

don't visit samsung service center in kohima.. it is the worst service they provide to the customer.. i had once being their for my phone to change the display A30 and they did with duplicate display charging rupees 5000.

Kohima servicing center is the worst they give duplicate display with original price. During the year 2021 April i want to samsung service center kohima to change my display samsung A30 model, they charge me Rupees 5000 for the display saying its an original but actually it was not. i have even give complain but they didn't for it.

The Worst Services ever. They said they can't give guarantee after making my phone as for how many days it will last. And told if damage again to better buy a new one. And Yes phone stoped working the same night. So i took it to dimapur Samsung care again and they made it very easily. And now i am using it without any problem. I dont recommend this Place.

Never buy from Samsung online shop they'll cheat you and blame you at the end.

The environment is good as well the service providing is nice keep it up

Customer care service is quite great & very friendly.

As the name suggests its a shop where you can get service's for Samsung products starting with mobile phone.
