Samsung Plaza - Electronics store in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

We bought a single door fridge from Samsung Visakhapatnam where we asked for a replacement with double door. It's been 3 weeks Samsung dealer is cooking up stories but dint deliver the fridge to us. What's this management ??? Don't you have someone to deliver the fridge in time after taking the amount from us. I need resolution to this asap

They will cut the call while talking when we call for assistance or query. Worst behaviour
