Really unhappy for this Samsung service center. Unfortunately I gave my phone with working display and the only problem is in the charging pin that should be done properly we went there sat for 1 hr instead giving my phone in the normal condition they gave my phone back in the disastrous condition the service provider was not answering my questions. They are simply saying that there's issue with pins. SAMSUNG PLEASE provide them with some training and equipment.This happened on day 8/11/2023.

Service is quick. Rectified my motherboard problem which is under warranty. There is no support/warranty for phones which are purchased outside India. Beware about international warranty as ot is not supported in Service centers in India

I have given my samsung s23 ultra screen replacement they have tacken more than 23 days to replace after the screen replace i am regularly getting s pen connecting problem

Due to the lock button problem I reached the store, the service manager said we couldn't turn on the phone either and said the phone is unusable. But when I went to a nearby mobile repair shop, they just turned on the phone in just 10 sec.... Worst customer service

Ok but Samsung parts are to expensive

Don't excepting speed service ,Queality Too much wating period

The Store is good they are trying to resolve the customer issue as soon as possible but in my case they failed to do..

The staff care wasn't great, he didn't even care when I came, and the customer care was good, the talking time is also shortened until 3 30 after that they will ask you to come the next day, poor service to my side, I came like 3 times to get my phone repaired
