The staff is helpful and polite. And there is a quite adequate space for waiting.

I think technical service provided is not good as compared to local service centre except it have brand reputation. My phone was not functioning due water got inside it, the service person told me the cost will be 21780 Rs.I show my mobile to local service person. He made it in 1500 Rs only. Donot waste at service center my untill you have free service.

What they couldn't fix was fixed by Kris Bite. My Samsung M31s stopped working in less than 2 years from purchase. We had put it on charging and while checking it back it didn't boot. When I took it to service center, they said mother board is gone and it's not available. They asked me to call back to enquire about mother board availability but they didn't respond on phone calls. Later on through my doctor I came across Kris Bite and he fixed the issue by charging reasonable price. So if you are in Kota go to Kris Bite, forget any other phone service. Samsung service center guys should go and get some training for their job.

Abusive staff Mr. Himanshu has no manners on how to talk to a customer. He shouted at me and threatened me while on conference call with Samsung service head. Service centre misguided me by cascading wrong information that my device will be replaced after 2 days. They did not created any job ID and are refusing to service the device. WORST EXPERIENCE TILL DATE.
