Samsung Authorized Service Center - Electronics repair shop in Ottapalam - Palakkad, India

I broke the display of my samsung a750 I had it fixed from a third party shop where they told the OG display would cost me around 10k while a first copy can attached for 3k with almost the same quality I broke the first copy display in a month and having no choice put the same set again for another 3k Now this display had issues, my phone became slower, touch lagged ,over all I hated my phone the screen felt unrealistic until it got me stuck outside kerala having all my important documents and money in my phone it was real horror That's when I actually inquired about the actual price of the OG glass ,they said they send the phone here and can get it repaired for 5.6 k . So I contacted this service center directly and they said it can be fixed for 5k And they did fix it for less than 5k almost 4.9 k and in a matter of few hours Usually it takes whole 2 days And my phone has never been better I recommend getting OG glass directly from the authorised centre as they let me lock all sensitive information before handing it over to them PS I have attached the bill for proof

Went there to change my Samsung m21 display - service was satisfactory- compared to MI service centers it's better - but the waiting area could have been better with functioning charging ports and clean floors as waiting time is more than 5 hrs generally to get the issue fixed same day which is normal

I gave my new phone a54 for checking which i bought from showroom it was brand new when they returnedme after checking it had dent on its back frame what a service.when i asked them they about the dent they are arguing and telling lies....i will never visit this service center again.... Also i have raised complaint

Fast and good service at a nominal price. The staff are courteous to customers as well.

Positive attitude of the executives and service engineer. Samsung should acknowledge their contributions even if they are outsourced employees.

They deserve the five star rating mainly because of the way they handle the customers. They are very supportive, im saying this from my own experience. The technicians stood there till 10:30pm to fix my phone. And have done an excellent job.

Good experience..Had a bitter experience with banglore authorised service center and ottapalam service center cleared the issue .
