Clearly explained the issue. They didn't rework on boards as per samsung policy. They quote 8000 rs for main board replacement with service. But , ended up in Richie street. Resolder the battery connector to its place with charging IC at Richie street at 2500 rs

One of the worst service experience. When approached for my green vertical line in my S20 the technician srarted blaming in loud voice as some one opened, dent on the mobile and our of warranty. I asked only solution as i know ot is out of warranty as per record but in practical i took mobile 10 months before. When aceepted out of warranty and asked solution he kept repeating talk to customer care.They are only trying to blame customer and not ready to provide solution. More interested in chasing customer out of the office. Sent mail to customer and they sending mail stating that matter escalated to area manager and he will contact but Oit is more than 14 days neither contacted nor had any solution. It is better stop taking samsung in future .very bad experience from samsung

Very worst...Rude behaviour of staff and not response for your mobile warranty period.....If it's cost money they ready to fix it..They will tell u some reason to fix the problem in warranty period. Very worst....

I gave my phone for repair as the incoming voice was not clearly audible but they changed the motherboard.. they didn't rectify it properly after few days again the incoming voice is not audible. They also changed the battery. Worst service. Do not visit them at all.

Received good phone service. Especially Mr. sivakumar done excellent service . Trust full service. Over all satisfied.

My samsung ultra series display was on and off at times may be coz of some loose connection. Took it to samsung guduvancherry. They said the display must be changed and it will cost 25000. I requested them check for loose connections ,he said he knew by experience . Took it back as it is ,tapped it twice gently and the display is working as brand new for last 2 months . Should have some basic ethics . 25k without even checking . Stay away

Clever service center, they make sure that each claim will get declined. Not even worth for single star but google map does not allow for negative review. When I gave my phone the service engineer opened the back case that too not even in the ESD room but outside. Next day I got call from service center that my phone did not passed the water resistance test (my phone S20plus was waterproof). Then as per procedure the service engineer should performed the water resistance test in the condition I gave my phone which he did not. Purpose was clear that is to reject the claim. In this area this was the only service center so I went but completely disappointed he not even fixed the back case while returning Henceforth I will never buy a Samsung phone even their flagship phone S20 having design issue..

It's a clean and genuine service center in the center of Guduvanchery. Service persons are polite and responsive over the issues. But as its branded the cost of the service also little expensive. And I learnt that 40% of phone will be the cost for display issue and 60% of the phone cost is for Mother board problems. So this is the reason for the high cost... But work wise it's good waited 1 hour to get my phone ready.
