Nice spacious gym. Adequate facilities I recently started crossfit. Helpful trainers and great crossfit session handled by Gabriel. He is very patient and approachable. His training has helped me progress in my fitness journey. Gives individual attention to all members of the group training session, keeps tab on progress and diet. Sams gym is a nice place to achieve ur fitness goal, gym is very spacious and well equipped. Clean workout space, air conditioned and neat arrangements for all workout types. Proper flooring for all the workout area, ambience is motivating. Trainer (Dhamu) has professional fitness knowledge and capable enough to train according to age and body type. Gym operation timing is women friendly and so satisfied with the package also..
