Worst customer service, used mayonnaise is being served to customers what to a small bowl hardly 20 grams is being charged at 59 + taxes ... Don't how what all food which is left over by customers is being served to other customers
not that great but can spend time with buddies. food is average. chilli chicken, manchow shop, chicken majestic are good. dont go for kebab. I don't know why kebab has much oil. Again today 21st May 2023 . Ordered salad tossed with chicken. The waiter bought samrat split chicken. Check the pics. I think we must write and give to specific orders. Such waste of time again. First he bought chicken with onions. Then on complain he bought cabbage ..
Service is very bad. First of all we need to go and request the waiters to attend our table.After placing the order the concerned waiter selectively brings what he can .He then vanishes.After waiting 20 to 30 minutrs We had to request other waiters to help us ...whatever we order we hear multiple voices..The waiter informs us that roti may not be available till 7pm but the management informs that it's available. This is personal experience which we 5 friends had yesterday on 17th June .
Service is very bad so pls don't go there I am from nagpur .I went there service was so poor and counter manager was very rude so pls don't go there ......
Everytime No Stock of Drinks from them and Stuff is also served late and service is Worst and I have been Visited many times with my teammates the same issue

Food is okaish, found the place chill. Few of the staff don't even care for the order we give, very disrespectful(the guy who looks like a Punjabi) . If you could find a good service it's you're luck, but most of them don't even care about your order. I own a food business atleast I don't teach my staff to behave this way. You need to ask twice about your order I don't know why thy won't note your order. Very bad experience with the service.
Best place to have beverages with friends. Love the ambience , it's absolutely amazing. Let's get in to more details, the service staff is very responsive, they are fast and attentive. This is one of the best bars at uppal as the prices of both alcohol and food are reasonable and the ambience is also decent. A must visit on the time of cricket matches as the vibe at that time is crazy.
