Ambience is good, food is good. The only problem was service. When we went at that time only 3 tables were occupied and none of the steward were interested to serve us. They were just chatting and gathering with one regular guest. Can be said as lack of Hospitality.
A quite and chill place to visit with your friends and get a shot of booze with great variety of Starters and Tandoori Options as well. Their French Fries was too good. Service was also very nice by the Waiters.
Samrat is very close to Borivali station, West side... Good place to hangout with your friends, family or office colleagues.. Food was tasty and affordable... Overall a good place to spend time and have booze/food..
We went for party but We not able to enjoy it, I don't know why it's because of whisky which they have provided us is not original or its diluted too much and because of that we did not get high even after having 4 rounds of 90 ml whisky
Good food, decent staff and great service. Ambience was good. Always go for indoor seating as outdoor is full of mosquitoes. Liquor cost is on a higher side but then their services is good. We tried - Food : Chicken chilli and chicken lollypop Drinks : McDowell and Elephant strong Kitchen closes at 12 and bar closes at 12:30. Walkable distance from borivali west station. For parking you'll have to find our own.
Worst place to go very much expensive and staff service is worst also they ask for tips upfrontly and there manager ask for tips main thing is service is worst they dont listen too u at all i wont recommend going here

A stone's throw from Borivali Station (on the Western side), this place is ideal for a quick drink as well as relaxed dining. Staff is really polite and special requests are taken care of. An added advantage is the parking space they have which is seldom available at places so close to railway station.

This has to be one of my favorite places, when it comes to having scrumptious meals. Their quick delivery is quite impressive. And the food is absolutely flavorful. For all the Chinese and Indian food lovers...you have to try this out!!
