I visited for a wedding reception, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous and we'll behaved. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The food at the function and breakfast both were outstanding. Overall a very good experience

I stayed in this hotel on 31.5.2022 . Behaviour of Staff was very Bad and Very Very rude These Persons charges Much more charges . I complain on this Mail id but no one responded. These persons doing fraud. Taken Rs 2044 for Non AC room and given Bill of Rs 1644 only Persons should beware regarding such things.

Samrat Lodge Hotel is located at a very prime location in Bulandshahr. The place is very well accessible to various parts of the city. This place is one of the favourite destination for people for the arrangement of marriages and various other parties. A huge space is available for organising various functions at this hotel. Rooms are also available with good service. Huge Parking space is also available here.
Easy to reach and visible from road. No parking space and you have to park your vehicle on road. Banquet hall is fine but hygiene is a big issue. Common toilet is pathetic. Rooms are just okay. House flies all around.
One of the oldest, reputed & well maintained banquet hall of the city. Have some rooms also for staying guests. The rooms are also quite well maintained. It is situated on busy Delhi road. However, now, after construction of a railway overbridge, it's location has become little tricky to reach. Now, it is located on a side lane beneath the railway overbridge. Car parking is a real problem in this narrow side lane when hundreds of guests reach for a function. Due to this car parking problem, this place has gone down in preference.
Very bad experience, staff's behaviour was quite poor, had faced issues during checkout for billing. Manager is such a bad man as he wants event whole money in advance before two days of the function. The reason behind this is, he and his staff is pathetic, talks rudely and does not want to listen any complain and issue during the event, he has received the money, so that's all. No matter what needs to be done.
The best thing is staff behavior at this hotel. They so nice and supportive I came at night at 10 pm and even at that time they cooked dinner specially for me. One should always try this hotel.
