Cons -Poor quality equipment -Bench press , squat rods tends to vibrate and bend after you cross 90 kgs which causes loss of grip and could lead to SERIOUS injury -Poor alignment of leg press and other machines -Apni marzi se kabhi bhi gym band karte h -At the time of admission trainer doesn't inform about addiotional ducting charges.
