Note to Sodani Management: Poor customer management! Lack of seriousness from the customer care executive! Called 3 times to request for sample collection of a senior citizen! Sample collection agent simply LIED to his team about how we are not responding to his calls, fact is that they had wrong no. updated in their records and all the while he was trying a wrong number and he never tried the alternate number! Upon enquiring fourth time, they informed me that the person will come tomorrow. Even after repetitively telling them that it's their mistake, they should send someone to collect the sample, their entire effort was to prove me wrong, never bothered to accept that there database was incorrect. Unbelievable to see how such unprofessional people are assigned such an important job of sample collection and manage bookings! This is a serious lapse, a job, not being taken seriously by the respective staff! Disappointed and shocked!

No value for time of a patient and attendant. First of all an appointment is not provided. You have to come to the clinic. Pay up and then wait eternally until the doctor frees up in some other part of the city to make time to come to the clinic and proceed with the test. Reminds me of the queues to tonsure heads at Tirupathi Temple.
