Worst Service... Dr. purpose and intention to earn money by modifying the Test Report with false information to recommend the prescription for costlier diagnostic test. I went one day before for ECHO test in the lab of this clinic. Once test is done, i got the test report which was duly signed by Doctor. The outcome and impression of this test was normal. After sometime, the doctor had informed his lab attendant to make the changes in conclusion (outcome) of this report. On my ask, why this modification, he told me that lab attendant has not taken his input while making report, so changes are required. At this point i noticed that Dr has intentionally did these changes and suddenly my normal test report became abnormal after change in four points of conclusion. Based on new, self generated,report by him, he suggested to go for another test and recommended for Aster Hospital. I have noticed his money mind intention, when he told me to go immediately on same day. He told me that based on results of next report i might've to go for operation. He was so much desperate, that he has not given time to think and ask me to go to Aster hospital, same time, which was reflecting in his prescription form also. I was not convinced with this doctor response and recommendation. So i decided to had one more test again in another lab (which was recommended by my previous personal doctor). I was shocked that again my report was normal. This report was totally matching with the original report generated initially at this clinic. Eventuall I understood that Dr. of Samiksha Heart Care had changed the results of my test to earn the money by recommending new test and probably with operation too. Don't understand why such doctors are playing with life of others, when patient approach to them with trust and faith. Very very disappointed I strongly not recommending for this clinic.

Went here to get my husband's TMT and Echo test done. Was not happy with the way tests were conducted. Doctor not present during the TMT and speed was not increased enough. Further, the echo photo was printed in black and white on a normal paper. Ive got numerous ultra sounds done and have never received a report like this- photo paper is always used for ultrasounds. Wasn't happy at all and didn't have faith in the results either. Decided to get the tests redone at Manipal Hospital instead. RESPONSE TO DOCTOR'S COMMENT: Dear Sir Good evening to you too. To begin with, kindly learn to take reviews as feedback instead of lashing out egoistically. You would probably be able to learn more and better your services if you changed your attitude :) 1. I know exactly what I am talking and reviewing for- you are not the first doctor I have visited. My review does not contain hate speech- as a lawyer, I know exactly what hate speech is. My experiences are true and correct and not false- my calling my declarations false you are defaming me and my credibility. 2. You never took my appointed based on an emergency- there was no emergency and we didn't even speak! I called up your clinic and took a normal appointment. If you were shut on Sunday you could have let me know and I would not even have pushed. You are paid for consultations- they are not good faith consultations. 3. You were not watching the TMT for the other room- please do not make false statements. During the TMT I was informed that you have stepped out and are expected back in 15-20 minutes. I am qualified to judge a TMT because yours is not the first TMT I have experienced. 4. How do you know what my second doctor's reports said? I never shared them with you. Further, the procedures in Manipal were not done by technicians :) Kindly do not use YOUR ultra senses and limited knowledge to make assumptions. 5. Why should I show gratitude for service on a Sunday when your clinic is open? You did not open the clinic especially for me. There were other patients there. Neither was I given any free service. I paid for a service and got substandard service. No need to show gratitude. 6. I disagree- I do not feel you were good. That is my opinion and I am entitled to have it. Great that you have 15000 patients- I do not want to be one of them and would not recommend you to anyone based on my experience. 7. I am not misguiding- I am entitled to share my views on google, a public platform. 8. I know the difference between a heart and stomach. I am not an idiot. :) YOU don't seem to understand my objection. Ultrasounds/2D Echos are always printed on photo paper- surprised as a doctor you don't know this. Normal paper reduces the clarity. Even in Manipal I was given the photo on photo paper. The fact that you are visualising a beating heart which in your words is a super specialized procedure just adds credence to my point- the printout needs to be of better quality. 9. Didn't get any consultation with cardiologist. Would request you to calm down- have seen you badly reacting and bullying other people who have also rated your services poorly. Kindly introspect and make improvements. Please don't be blinded by your anger and ego and judge my review like that.
