The samiah lake city is located in Kashipur Highway it is 2 to 3km for Rudrapur city. Society is beautiful and park and garden all so. But there have a problem for road the walkthrough and steat road are very poor condition.
Nice and calm society with built in general stores, parks and ponds . It is well maintained and clean. Some of the maintenance people are helpful but is on the outskirts of Rudrapur so it's too far away from main market and everything, too much pollution in evenings as there are factories right beside the society. Water clogging happens in heavy rains . Electricity issues is there sometimes.
