Remnants of a gone era. Only a few residents remain with others vacating for their own houses. Still a quiet and serene place away from the bustle of modinagar town yet only 5 minutes from Raj chopla.
This township is located on Modinagar Hapur road. The township is well built with all the electrification work carried out in underground manner. It contains both flats and duplexes. Overall a good township to live in. However, to access main market of Modinagar and all, you need to cross railway crossing which is a painful and time consuming task as this township is located towards Hapur side after crossing.
Sameer Vihar used to be the best place to live in Modinagar. Currently due to Mody industry closures, there is not much left in the society. Most of the flats are now empty.

It's a market in a residential located, benefitting the local residents in there daily needs. Also beneficial for the commuters as it very near to Modinagar Railway Station. Overall nice place with clean and healthy surroundings.
