One of the best tour& travels agencies in Kanpur. But, its waiting lounge is not up to the mark. There was no proper sitting facility available and no AC in the lounge. However, overall experience is good.

Very very dirty non ac buses, some third quality tent house mattresses would be cleaner then the bus seat mattress, no bedding available.. They are charging hefty amount as much as 1600rs for non ac bus with 3rd quality service. On top of that , they charge 20rs extra per baggage.

I want to give their buses negative values but this is not possible so zero is enough. Because of their staff behaviour, way of talking, fraud facilities shown . I have faced this .... Their bus no. UP 78 DN 0063 This bus is a garbage because neither its charging switches are working nor staff is good . Even samay shatabadi kanpur main office whose complaint helpline is shown they pick the call but after listening to complaint they cut the call immediately . These people are making fool of pessengers . These are fraud . Samay shatabadi Ac sleeper buses are not for the payment shown for them that is 1000 rs . They are just like 400-500 rs because of its facilities . Thank you

Its ok for travel, it doesn't usually get much late. They stop for food in between a journey for 20-30 min, but those dhaba is not good and doesn't have good facilities for toilet also. If you are willing to book their bus which is having toilet alos, then i would suggest not to rely on it as its not clean at all.

It has been a century since I booked a bus My seat was reserved for a single person but they also gave my place to another person in sharinh it is a very bad thing about this bus I want to give their buses negative values but this is not possible so zero is enough. Very impressive service. They may leave the location 15-30 mins behind schedule, but on my two recent overnight trips with them they dropped at the destination ahead of schedule. Our trip was on AC Sleeper coach from Kanpur to Haridwar and back and my group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed their nights sleep. The interiors were clean and inviting. The lights inside the cubicles didn't work, there are no attached washrooms as mentioned in their services. But, they do stop outside their designated stop areas for nature's call if required. Clean blankets were provided. The power sockets were working fine. A 1 liter mineral water bottle is provided to each pax. On the return leg we received 750ml water bottles which probably meant the staff on that bus were making their own cut. The air conditioning was very nice. Overall I highly recommend Samay Shatabdi Travels for anyone looking for a comfortable journey.

Booked a bus from Gurugram to Lucknow, but they dropped me uptil kanpur only, as there were only 3 passengers for lucknow. Kept us waiting for the next bus to arrive. Literally bad service, no charging and light points in non AC bus. The AC bus conductor is such a rude and arrogant person as if he's taking all the passengers for free of cost.
