Samatha' is an amazing and authentic Ayurveda retreat. The experience during my stay was very enlightening and I was taken great care of by the exceptional doctors and staff. This all combined with great healthy food and a beautiful nature makes Samatha the perfect place to rejuvenate your mind and soul. It was a "Home away from Home" for us! Hospitality, cleanliness and the best treatment we got from Dr. Navneeth & Dr. Sariga. Always very warm & caring! I am looking forward to returning next year summer to have a rejuvenation again.

Beautiful location, very calm & peaceful. Perfect for therapies. Amazing hospitality with delicious home made food. Love the idea of combining therapies with local guided tours. Would recommend for weekend getaway or relaxation too.
My cousin got admitted at Samatha Ayuveda last month, due to severe back pain and tiredness. She couldn't climb stairs and walk for long. From Samatha under proper diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Navneeth and Dr. Sariga she underwent several panchakarma procedures like oil massage, ilakizhi, podikizhi etc with ayurvedic medicines for almost 21 days. The treatment and diet was so perfect. Both the doctors and therapists were so welcoming and helpful. They explained about each procedure and medicines very well. Their hospitality and friendly approach made her geting better early. Not only the symptoms got reduced she even improved her sleep and appetite. Her day today life become more easier. Even from her home, my cousin get her doubt cleared with the doctors. The cleanliness and hygeine at the hospital made us feeling like home itself.
