This is a genuine review and I attached prescription for reference. My parents (Senior citizen, above 60 yrs age) recently had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Anand Singh. They found his behaviour to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he display a lack of respect towards my parents, but he also denied for routine checkup (follow up) in his working hours and failed to provide any contact information for booking future appointments. From the moment they arrived at the doctor's clinic, it was clear that he had a dismissive attitude towards my parents. He greeted them with impatience and seemed annoyed by their questions and concerns. This made the entire visit uncomfortable and created a hostile environment. Furthermore, when my parents asked for a contact number to schedule future appointments, the doctor simply dismissed their request. He did not provide any information or offer any alternative methods of contact. This lack of accessibility is extremely frustrating and makes it difficult for my parents to receive proper medical care and follow-up. In addition to his rude behaviour and lack of professionalism, it is also concerning that the doctor did not have a contact number listed on the prescription. This negligence raises questions about his commitment to patient care and accessibility. Overall, my parents experience with Dr. Anand was extremely disappointing. His rude behaviour towards my parents and failure to provide contact information for booking appointments is unacceptable. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking medical care. Worst Doctor Ever

Pathetic staff. Especially the guy in specs. He thinks of himself as the doctor. Uneducated, ill-mannerd male receptionist. The services have just been degrading it used to be a good hospital. I came here with my mother for her checkup from 40km and they asked us to come the next day. Really pathetic and disappointing service. The guy the specs misbehaved with my father as well. Blood half-educated man

it's not easy to express in words about dr. Snigdha Mam, the shower of care , guidence and dedication towards my wife in the most difficult condition , when i lost my parents and my wife lost her mother during pregnancy and my wife went into depression and suffering from anxiety , from there to now Mam guidence helped my wife to come out from this difficult situation and finally 4 aug 23 we got the little princess in form of me and her mother. Dr. Snigdha Singh seem to very unprofessional, doesn't even allow the patient to speak out their condition. Listening to patients is the least a doctor should do. After my wife's delivery, she has stopped paying attention and eventually we had to seek out a different doctor. Not to mention, cleanliness, staff behaviour, and fishing for additional reports continues to be an issue.

The staff usually the one who is sitting on the reception is very rude and manner less. She doesn't know how to speak with the person on call if anyone is calling. She talks in very high tone and unpolitely.

Pathetic staff very rude behaviour arrogant nature. Male receptionist don't have manner how to talk and handle the patient query. Very disappointing

Dr snigdha singh is great. but the staff and the facilities suck, they really do. once you are done delivering the baby you'll be treated like a trash bin. secondly they dont have enough space in the hospital. I got admitted urgently and I didn't get a room. if you plan to deliver your baby there, be prepared to have constant argument with the nurses and other staff. here I'm giving 3 stars only for the doctor.

She is best doctor . With a very easy way my wife give a normal delivery baby in her hospital. Very caring nature doctor. Budget is also very normal. Staff are so friendly. I have suggest everyone to go there. Once again very thankful to doctor and God gave her more popularity. Thank you
