We are first time visit to Samarpan Children Hospital at Sambalpur the cause of referr from Vikash Multi-speciality Hospital, Bargarh for better treatment of my son now he is 7 month. We seen the treatment of Samarpan Hospital, all staff are very sensiour and Doctor Sir Rajesh Verma is also best doctor. My son health improve day to day. Thanks to Dr. R. Reception desk people are really cruel and rude. They think themselves as Gods. Are you giving same instructions to them?? You are taking huge fees only for consultation, it's not free rgt The way they have talked to me regarding a small booking request only, is really bad and is never expected from a hospital or clinic staff.

When it comes to patient follow-up, this is the worst hospital in the sambalpur. Nursing staff and management are the worst. If you have an issue, no one will listen to you. There is no need to admit your child because there are other options. They are stabilize this hospital for business, Even a free government hospital is preferable to this. This is my experience.

Doctors are equivalent to God in our society. It should be the priority of doctors to to adequate health care facility to the patients. But instead of doing they are behaving like sovereign authority and patients are their slave who relies only on their mercy. Intelligence makes us sober but here situation is completely different. If some thing is wrong with our system we should take the initiative to improve it with the genuine feed back given by the patient. But in this hospital they do not want any improvement. It should be the responsibility of the concerned person to makes changes which ruins their reputation. My personal experience with this hospital is very poor and they do not know how to deal the emergency. There is nothing wrong in following rules but when your child health is at stake and his pain is unbearable no parents can tolerate it and most importantly with the permission of Doctors I request them to allow us to intervene in the middle. Still I have to face harassment from the hospital authority and management staffs. It is a sincere request to parents do not give so much importance to this type of Doctors. Reply to doctor comments, See the response given by so called doctor who do not want to rectify the mistake. If you do not how to provide the service to the emergency patient asks others who are in the in the hospitality sector. Instead of improving the rude behaviour of your staffs you are blaming the parents. Since we have booked delux room it is mandatory you should provide it...neither your room is clean and nor bed and bedsheets. Most importantly you locked ac remote as if some is stealing it. With your permission we admit our child but you denied to treat our child by giving silly excuses that we do not have sufficient staffs to provide care. It is not something expected from a doctor who knows the condition of child is deteriorating . We know better than you atleast we know how to handle the emergency. Dnt play with lives of innocent kids.

Dr. Rajesh Verma along with the resident doctors and other nursing staff are highly experienced and they always give their best to all patient, I have never seen such facilities and good staff in other nursing home. I appeal all parents to consult with the doctor in any health issue of their child

One of worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Very poor management, staffs are rude and they do not how to deal with the paitent. In the name of health care facility they are playing with the lives of kids. No immergency facilities and even doctors are not available in the night time. Very much disappointed with the doctors and his treatment.
