This is the first hospital visited by me in my life where there is no doctor available in emergency situation. Today I had came with a serious patient, but the staffs of the emergency ward said me doctors are not available you may take the patient near by any residential doctor & as per his prescribed we give treatment. What a nice suggestion from hospital. As it is a hospital in the heart of Angul Dist the management of the hospital is worst, very very bad I am not like to say about the other service of the hospital. Request kindly improve your hospital .

Number registation has no value at all. First come first serve is not followed here. Five tokens kept for emergency purpose is helping the staff to manipulate the serial number system as they like.

If u have no option then come to here otherwise find any other good one.Everything here is wrost.

Did not have a great experience. There is many laxity with respect to Covid testing. No social distance norm is being followed. If you have connection, you can avoid Covid testing and can get preferential treatment - break the queue and can go directly for ultrasound scanning. However others have to mandatorily go through Covid test risking exposing yourself and have to wait endlessly for scanning even if you had come since 6am. Not to talk about the sanity of toilet - it was black at its core. Above all the hospital runs with 1 hour delay - testing center board says testing timing is 8am to 1.30pm, but it starts exactly at 9am, same delay on scanning timing as well.

Worst lab reports and doctors. Please don't go to this hospital if you think your life is precious. I checked my serum creatinine from samal lab and got to know it was 6.7 and my kidney was damaged confirmed by Dr Tripathy. Next day checked from Dr lal pathlab bhubaneswar and result was 0.88 and kidneys are ok. It's money trapping hospital. Yet to check cholesterol and dibeties, which was more in their lab.

Very worst laboratory services. I was sent report on 22nd sept. Today 12 th oct till not received. Staff response is poor. In feedback only three column Good/V good/excellent. They have no column for poor & satisfactory. Not maintaining hospitality standardization.

Rude Manager, didn't care about value of time of patient. Came for paid vaccination, slot was for 12 to 2 PM, but they told to wait, and kept me waiting 5 hours. Don't expect for cleanliness of medical level.
