My experience at Sam Dunes was truly enchanting. The vast expanse of golden sand dunes against the backdrop of a stunning sunset created a mesmerizing view. Awesome hospitality, it has all the good aminities like tents, cultural performance in the evening and desert safari on camel or jeep. Services were just excellent. Great experience.....

San dunes are no doubt fun especially in the evening. Reach there around 4pm so that you have ample time in the evening for jeep safari, camel ride and other sports in the sand dunes. A must visit place to enjoy the culture of Rajasthan in evening with good food and folk music.

The Safari experience was the worst. Cultural activities were nice.

It is ok accommodation in general but if you think of a desert camp stay then it is comfortable... Convenient arrangements... More work to be done in proper time schedules... And property maintenance....

Because All place is overcrowded by tour operators and hoteliers. Sand dunes are being commercially utilised without any regulations. Ecological balance is not any concern for these tour operators. Everywhere you will find one or another vendor following you for Jeep Safari, bike safari and paragliding by jeeps etc. In name of thrill they just run jeeps at high speed on sand dunes without any safety point of view. Which may cause some accident also. No doubt cultural programmes organised by them is good. But even it has no any fundamental relativity. In all total If you going for a relaxation and leisure/change in taste from daily routine. You should travel here by your own, not through tour planner. Just go to Sam, park your car at road side and walk alone or with your partner, across the dunes and feel the silky touch of sand, feel sunset and wind across dunes. Don't allow Vendors and Hoteliers to spoil your visit. Only allow them to make you stay at their hotels for which you already going to pay them. Thanks for reading patiently. Place is over crowded may be bcz of new year. Ppl are so careless they drive on sand dune heavily druk no speed limit no fear of law n order. Over speeding cars. Resorts r over priced, food is pathetic, service is hopeless. We are non vegetarian and we craved for good non veg food which we didn't find anywhere in sam dunes resorts anywhere. It is advisable to spend more money in 4 or 5star properties and enjoy their service, food rather than spending money in camp resorts
