A nice restaurant in Vellayambalam. The food was good. The customer service was also okay. The atmosphere is fine. Parking space can be a problem. The price was okay, can't say budget friendly though. The place accepts UPI payments.
Ok place. Staff is supportive. Quick services. The only bad point I felt: They served Chapati without Ghee/butter. Which was hilarious to even imagine. When I requested to put some butter/ghee on chapati at least they denied saying we do not apply butter/ghee on chapati. Later when I denied to eat dry chapati they gave me some ghee.
Average food, average ambience and average service. Not soo good and not sooo bad. Just ok! The cost is but on the higher side it seems. Nothing much to say.
Tried Mandi (Tandoor). The rice was not that tastier. Tandoor tasted good, but portion size was not enough. Overall a better place to try.
Too much expensive and only for 4people they charged over 4000.rude staff.no hygiene .They are carrying biriyani near to the road in a bucket.They had overcharged for the food we had as well.Never recommend
Extremely bad customer service The person with beard who took the order was extremely rude from the beginning it self.we were not provided with the menu card.I think majority of the items from the menu card was not available that time may. Be thAts why they hesitated Anyway extremely disappointed by the customer service.Even the manager was not there when we look for the authority to file a complaint When you go to this restaurant be ready to face their rude and arrogant behaviour especially you are student who can't afford high priced food They will easily get agitated if we order low price food items This should not happen to anyone coming there will try to bring it to the notice of higher authorities entrsuted with this restaurant soon
Tried Chicken Tikka Masala and Beef roast... Both were horrible...never ever try beef roast from here.. it was really very very horrible ... Chicken tika masala tasted very sweet... Shawai was good.. it tasted different masala was so good.. so ambience was good,service was good... Overall nice experience but be aware when you order beef items
It was very helpful that we get dinner at 11 PM it was too late but they served the food .And it was good. Late night dinner is affordable there.
