I want to give rating in minus but its not provided. Salvation army failed to utilise this hotel located beside The Taj palace hotel Mumbai. Rooms was very dirty,no service provide by management and the behaviour of receptionist is so vulgar. Totally disappointed. But is location is good near the sea and beside Taj hotel
BAD Experience - WORTHLESS MANAGER - RATS in room
Not managed well , I came for a night thinking it was peaceful but no , there are many drivers coming at late night and using washroom at early hours / no proper sleep - the management doesn't maintain proper time for guests to come at night but allow anyone at late night
MANAGER is he a manager ? Always talk about money and selfish / instead he should keep bathroom and rooms clean - no privacy and at night lot of mosquitoes and big rats

Breakfast they serve only bread, we request to the management to serve good breakfast like their other centers, Chennai serves 3 verity of good breakfast...
The location of hotel is near to Taj hotel , but service is not equal to a tea stall which is at normal area . Very bad service . Attendent did not give water ,food ,tea service , talking behaviour is very bad. The owner or management would have to take a look in to the visioters service facilty
Big rooms , but not providing basic facilities like towel, soap, breakfast included but simple bread butter and egg. No lift. AC is not working. It is good only for night stay because gateway of india is walking distance.
UNPLEASANT stay - DIRTY room with lot cheap drivers staying in CROWDED room , only one or two are decent travellers

MANAGER is bothered in guests , just fit for nothing . He should mind his business and stop interfering into guests life, that's none of his business as no guest is a kid , everyone is adult
RECEPTION - one blind man and one bald head very cunning people
Breakfast is old bread with rotten eggs n too sweet tea , unable to drink served by servant with dirty hands
