Salsa Restaurant is one of famous restaurant in Kalyani. Restaurant is not a big, also atmosphere, ambiance is not so good. Infrastructure is also small size. It is located near the Kalyani station and side of main road. But in this small restaurant food quality and quantity is so so so much good. Price is also affordable. I have tried chicken biriyani and chicken chap, taste is sooo good and also quantity is enough. Every plate of biriyani, only leg piece they serve and the size of leg piece soo big. Chicken chap is also awesome and the gravy is so so tasty. They serve pudina chatni and salad with every order. Pudina chatni is so yummy. I have tried so many chicken recipe in many restaurant but this type of chicken chap I have never tried. It is really so good in taste. One full leg piece they serve in chicken chap. Price of chicken chap is 150. But one problem restaurant is so small in size, that's why sitting capacity is small area. Mostly person take out the food. Full chicken biriyani price is 200/- and half plate price is 150/-. All over food quality And taste is good.

Situated near Kalyani Station. We ordered one plate of momo and chicken chowmin which was absolutely delicious.

Food quality is not up to the mark. I ordered chicken cheese roll. Yes I found some cheese but it didn't have the perfect taste of 'cheese'. Atleast this can't be said a cheese roll! May be this is the reason why they said they have only chicken cheese roll, no chicken roll. And the pieces of chicken was extremely dry and not perfectly cooked or marinated. Literally choosing this restaurant was a mistake!

Food was really tasty. Behaviour of shopkeeper is good.

The first time when I went to Kalyani in the afternoon for a work, I was very hungry. then saw a shop called salsa. As beautiful as looked and test is also beautiful. Excellent . When I order a chicken biryani and chiken chap and it tested just perfect. Whenever if you come you can teste the different favours, rice cook to perfection and the chicken succulent. Huge question of food and nicely price. Definitely the best food shop in the station area. Whenever I go to Kalyani I try it different type of recipe. If anyone ever goes there then definitely visit that restaurant once. The shop may look small from the outside but taste wise it is awesome I love it.

Also try their momo and Mughlai paratha Quantity is good , u can share the mughlai paratha with 3people it is so big
