Best place for a weekend getaway either with family or friends. Just 3 hours from siliguri. Best to take a elephant safari to spot a wide range of wildlife. Jeep safari is also fun. But if you want to spot rhinos is better to take a elephant ride. Best for adventure lovers.

Salkumar gate is one of the entrance of Jaldapara forest. It's not properly maintained. There is a ticket booking counter next to it.
