The overall taste of the Chicken Biryani was quite good and that's the only reason I am giving two stars. But that's where the good part ends. I had ordered Chicken Biryani (INR 140 - half), Chicken Sukha (INR 230) and Chicken tikka (INR 260) on Zomato. The biryani which was half had just one small piece and the rest were just bones. The sukha has two enormous bones and 2-3 small boneless pieces but the quantity for a full sukha is a little less compared to what they are charging. The tikka was dry as a paper and absolutely stone cold as if it was prepared for another order. And to think Zomato shows that the order arrived earlier than expected time. Needless to say absolutely disappointed and will never order from here again!

It is very famous for their biryani. They serve all sort of biryani and all main course also. We have tried their chiken biryani, veg biryani & paneer tikka biryani I personally being the vegetarian lover loved their veg biryani a lot the vegetables was so well marinated the spices was on point and the rice was perfectly cooked Overall the biryani taste perfect and amazing In panneer tikka biryani there were lots of paneer pieces it was very tasty. Panner was very soft and marinated Overall their biryani was good in taste Must try place for biryani lovers .. I would recommend to try chicken biryani and veg biryani

I visited the famous Salim biryani shop with my friend, and we both ordered mutton biryani. Sadly, after eating, we experienced severe stomach pain, vomiting, and loose motions. It was a terrible experience, and we were disappointed with the food quality and hygiene. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dining here. Health should always come first, and we won't be returning to this place again.

Worst place to have biryani and anything else. Tasteless food and on top of it chicken was not fresh. Hygiene standards are lowest possible and the owner is utterly shameless for that. Maybe because he is getting a few cheap quality customers who are ok with this dirty atmosphere. It's only India where such pathetic people are getting licences from FDA. If citizens complain about this place to higher authorities then it won't take time for this dirty place to shut forever.

We visited the most famous food joint of Dombivli which is famous for its authentic biryani 'salim biryani' We've ordered chicken tikka biryani. It was lips smacking! The flavours of spices was on point and the gravy of biryani was spicy. It's a must visit food joint!

I had a disappointing experience at Salim Biryani restaurant. Despite traveling 20km with friends and ordering 7 mutton biryani, we all suffered from stomach issues(Loose Motions) the next day. The taste was subpar, and the hygiene of the place left much to be desired. It's sad to see a once-famous biryani spot not living up to its reputation. Not recommended
