I VISITED THE SALES INDIA SHOWROOM YESTERDAY. BUT IM NOT HAPPY .. 100% 3rd CLASS SHOWROOM AND MANAGER SPEAKS IN BAD LANGUGE .. IT'S JUST A BUSINESS OF FROUD. THE NATURE OF MEN IS ALSO NOT GOOD .THEY DON'T SERVE AFTER TAKING PRODUCT'S. THEY JUST MAKE OWLS .?

3rd class worst after sales service. Only after 4 days of purchase they talk too harshly on calls argue a lot don't even listen to the coustomer. It doesn't deserve a single... pathetic service...

One of the worst store in bharuch. I purchased a refrigerator that was defective/not working well . Then called for service, They are giving time on time(Tomorrow) till now it has been 10 days no one has come for service. If you buy something from here then forget about the service.I would never recommend it to anyone. The store is not worthy of any stars. Avoid it.

Very bad service. Bought the fridge on the 1st and the fridge was delivered to my house on the 7th. After that today is 14th. But still no one has come from there to show the demo of the fridge. I have kept photos of my fridge and bills. you can see. My house is 83 kms from Sales of India and I had to go there specially to tell them again that no one has come to show the demo. But those people still haven't come here. Looks like they don't have customer value. They don't serve after taking product's. They just make owls.

Dear friends, If u think buy electronics item from sales India then think twice about service. Staff is very good till u buy the product after that they become arrogant Very bad experience I bought AC and fridge from sales India now for service one of the person language is " we pay us and we gave a product we don't had any commitment about service"

Absolutely brilliant service. Not only was the price great but they were sent the same day for next day delivery. Ed even called me to keep me updated on delivery. I received then perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition. I recommend Electicshop to everyone. Totally trustworthy and the best experience I've had buying on line.
