I went there to have a blood test. No one was in the lab although they said there will be 24 hour service. I waited for 20 minutes and finally two lab assistants came and said they cannot read the doctors handwriting. Then they said I need an ID proof which has to be created by the cashier. The acting Doctor was of no help as he also gave the same excuses. I had to leave without giving my blood. V poor service and the Doctor and lab assistants did not have the basic manners or an helping attitude. V disappointed

Urology dept is good. Procedures are arranged swiftly and staffs are very friendly. I specially thank Mr.shafid khan in billing dept for arranging cashless treatment under my health insurance.

One of the worst hospitals in Salem. Poor treatment and money minded people. God will punish them for all the deeds they are doing now . The staff and doctors are too arrogant. Waste of money and energy going here.

The Urology department is fantastic. We consulted Dr. JayaMurugan for a procedure, he is an excellent Dr with empathy and listens to patient attentively and answers calmly. He makes sure the patient is at ease and focus on things that is really needed. thank you Dr. This department nurses are highly qualified, very attentive, and responsive. They are very prompt in helping, Caring and Quick. I highly recommend this doctor and his team for consultation and treatment.

Ms. Mayilazhagi at front office from Gopi hospital, Salem was very friendly in approach and taken carey aged Father very well during his visit everytime. Very humbled and kind hearted. We were regular to this hospital for over four decades. We are immensely happy with the sevices rendered with care. And it keeps improving it's standards everyday. Special thanks to yr staff for that humane touch. At Gopi we never felt we r here for ailments. U make us feel at home. Thanks for everything. Special thanks to diet op. They are always there all the time to help.

Worst hospital ever i have seen in my life. Few doctors are very very worst ever, They don't care even if a patient is about to die. Totally money minded. Very Poor communication to patients. Even in ICU most of the times, no doctor is there. No facilities like CT scans and mri scans.
