1 year back, booked the room over phone - made half payment in advance and half payment while checking-in
This year, I called the person and said no booking over phone and gave website details for booking. Full payment need to be done in advance. Also, please note that the rooms booked through website has no cancellation.
Rooms are not that great. Not hygenic and the A/C is not comfortable. The switch for hot water is not in our control. The receptionist has the control for it. Had issues with the parking of my car.
Lesson learnt - There are better places in Annavaram for stay than this particular place. So, you can always book the room walking-in to the place rather than doing advanced room booking.
1. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms with basic amenities.
2. Great location just off the highway and right at entrance of temple.
3. Safe indoor parking available.
4. No food in hotel but order from nearby places can be delivered by room service.
5. The staff speaks only Telugu and the service/ response is average.
6. The manager is the only one who speaks English and is very helpful.
Spacious rooms, supportive staff and Best location to stay at the heart of Annavaram.
Hotel is right at the feet of Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy temple at Ratnagiri Hill.
Special mention to reception staff and room boy Pandu were very helpful while checking In and check out.
The management and staff are very genuine and honest. I left my phone there and they took care of it till I got there a couple of weeks later. Thanks again.

Stayed here for a night during family visit to Annavaram , Rooms are very clean and washrooms are hygienic. AC is effectual but No amenities are provided we need to carry our or can be purchased at shop below , TV didn't work properly , there was no restaurant in hotel we had to visit near by places .

Rooms and corridors are well maintained and clean. WiFi available, checkout time is at 3 PM which is the major drawback for the piligrims. Not enough space for covered parking under the building. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and as shown in the photos, scenic beauties in the early mornings with fog and dew from some of the rooms are an added advantage for the nature lovers..

Very limited AC rooms available on offer and most of them are non a/c. While the location of the hotel is pretty good, just diagonal to ghat's main entry tollgate, their maintenance could have been much better. Don't forget to bargain before you take

Very good hotel. Stayed for 2 days. Staff are friendly and give good guidance about the places around. Wifi and Smart TV available. Nice rooms and Clean bathrooms (They can put a small cupboard in their rooms. Just a suggestion)

Excellent high way dhaba with freshly prepared food items. It's near to temple and can be easily found while you going on high way. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes can be found. All variety of dishes are available.
