The person who served us was exceptionally polite and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious and filling. A bit pricey but for anyone staying at the hotel, its a must visit.
It felt like I have booked the entire restaurant as we were the only people eating at 9pm on a Wednesday. So yes, felt quite regal and the food and service was top notch. Albeit on the expensive side. So if you can afford 4 pcs of sushi for 1000 + tax, this is a great place to go to.
Just superb and awesome place and I really liked the interior and surrounding. And plus the red and yellow cobunation of interior creates good vibes as you enter. Plus we were greeted really well. You will get everything in Japanese style right from menu to dishes. Here the menu card is very well designed. I ordered vegetarian curry rice and it was just superb , it smelled and tasted really good. And what to say regarding desert it was amazing and specially the red bean ice cream. Sakura offers authentic Japanese food located at the metropolitan hotel's first floor. Although, the prices of dishes are a little high but they are worth for the authenticity. The restaurant is not crowded and is spacious. It offers good time for couples/small groups.
