Worst experience of my travel life.. Ultimate scam. Do not trust Or believe their representatives at railway station who bug your heads for stay and city tour. Inspite of asking for towels for multiple times no service was given. Well they are capable of waking you up at mid night 2AM just to ask if there is an extra bed in rooms. Very bad washrooms and Not maintained.Not worth the money u pay (1400) People take hot shower or not but it's good to provide the basic facility. Highly NOT recommend!

No wifi, no towel, no drinking water. Funny to think that's both the worst and the most expensive place I've stayed at in a month in India. I went there only because it's next to the bus station, what a mistake. Staff is not friendly, the cleaning is inexistant, walls are falling appart...

It was worst experience of us.. when we reached in hotel room was not clean even washroom also was not clean. we had very bad experience over there. washrooms window was broken because of that we frightened.. cooler was not working when we complained for it they said we'll do after some time.. when they come for repairing cooler they didn't inform us that they were coming for repairing they came from outside our window was open a atleast they should inform us that they are coming from outside.. tv was also not working. they are not listening us. they had to inform us that they were coming from outside even from outside. other rooms washrooms window was not broken they could offer us other rooms. we can say that its looks beautiful from outside but internally it was very dirty place.. Room was very dirty and dusty.. As a family it's not a good and safe place to stay in that hotel..

I have no words to explain. Everything thing is very very very bad here.Staff,manager very rude. I just want to give zero start but one is lowest so I have to give one star.Everytime they will ask for money I even fight with them because of that. While you r booking they will show u nice room and after book they will give u bad room. Room are very dirty never clean and I don't want to talk about washroomI have no word to explain Sale chor hai sab ke sab

Very bad experience and low quality rooms..The staff is not supportive at all, I booked my room online and I got confirmation on that online, But when I reached here at hotel, This person said we have not confirmed the room yet, and there is another room available for you costing me additional 700rs. After 15 min they said the room you booked is full, and forced me to buy the expensive one, but I rejected, and after 2 hrs they gave me same room which I booked saying the existing guest had left and U can use now.

Fab .. the design structure of this hotel is completely likemughal Empire . Even I enjoyed a lot here .. the different colouring glass makes the home colouring .. I mean wow .. and dinner was too good , but rice was not fresh and that room was not clean , I found used condom there .

Clean & comfortable rooms of varying prices to suit different budgets. Fast working internet in the foyer. Location is not central but its convenient for traveling into the city and close to Agra Cant.The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. I do not had my food there manage some what outside.

***I stayed for more than 10 days hence I can elaborate more, Please ignore good reviews because those are given by their own people**** The fascinating suggestion will be for you is you can find out other Guest house instead. I have booked this guest house for some function for more than a week 15 rooms and roof top hall . I paid booking amount Rs. 10000/- and rest of it Rs. 40000/- I need to pay later. now I will just put down PROS & CONS: PROS: Not @ all. CONS: 1.toilet seats are missing in western style toilets not will listen once you booked, When you will book they show good room [No good room but still just to differentiate]. 2. During night its not safe and staff drink in the night and you can assume how they will help or assist you after drinking, JUST PATHETIC. 3. Any junk people can come to your rooms and knock the door. 4. The owner <PAPPU> always drunk, and never listen to you to initiate for any assistance just keep ignoring. 5. Toilets are unhygienic No cleaning on time if you will ask them they will say "Sir, Phenylnhi he kinds.." Translation ENG : "Sir, Phenyl is out of stock" 6.Once you paid money they will make you feel "WHO U ARE ?" 7. All people are very manipulative or trained in ignoring. 8. Furniture is broken and rooms are dirty if you ask for clean sweeper will come will clean a bit and ask for some tip. if you won't give next time they won't even behave well. 9. While paying the money they will agree for anything but once payment is done their commitment will change like "Sir, ye to humne bola hi nhi tha karne ko, iske to extra pese lagenge". Translation ENG : "Sir, this was not under agreement, you have to pay extra money for that" Ultimately i wasted paid Rs. 50000/-, because I am staying 2000 KMS away from Agra, I booked remotely. GO and look then book.
