Sakthi's Hotel and AC Hall - Fast food restaurant in Gobichettipalayam - Erode, India

I recently dined at this establishment with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. The food taste was a major letdown. It lacked the flavors and quality that one would anticipate from a place of this repute. To make matters worse, I ordered the Mutton Biryani, only to receive a pitiful portion with a mere three minuscule bone fragments, barely amounting to 20 grams. This was all for a hefty price of 250 rupees. Additionally, the Tandoori dish was a disappointment, arriving undercooked and half-boiled. Upon alerting the supplier about these grievances, I was met with absolute silence - a complete lack of acknowledgment or concern. The service was equally dismal. It's disheartening when a dining experience is marred by poor customer service. Efficiency and attentiveness seem to be sorely lacking here. On a slightly positive note, the hotel does boast a spacious layout, which could potentially be utilized to create a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere. All in all, this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope that the establishment takes these criticisms constructively and strives for significant improvements in the future.

The ambience of hotel is good. Car parking available inside. Play area is available for the kids. The food are good with reasonable price.There is no fresh juices available thats the only flaw. good place to spend with family and friends.

Ambience of this place is good especially in night. They have normal menu with good quality food. But considering the price they need to improve the taste of food. Nice place to visit with your family. They have enough car parking space inside. We ordered many things here and we are not satisfied with lemon soda given. Previously we were able to see the projector screen but we don't see as of now.

Me and my family use to visit this restaurant occasionally. So far our experience is good. Parking is good. Childrens park available. The quality of dishes served are reasonably good. Service and ambiance especially for dinner is very good. If had chance you can try this restarant once.

This is good restaurant as well as party AC hall. After renovated there is lot of changes here and best place for come with family and friends and spend time here and kids playing zone are there.. Coming into food such a yummy Briyani both mutton and chicken using seeragasamba rice, Must try Briyani here.. but quantity of Briyani is less for good eater.. Behaviour of staffs and services are good..
