A spacious room was provided. since I did late check in by 11.00 pm, hotel staff followed up by contacting me for arrival. However, No blankets, towel, soap provided. Only bed with bed spread.
Good location. food was good. Room is neat and clean. good hospitality and support by staffs especially reception. the only disappointed thing is that toilet is not good as the hotel standard. toilet can be maintained neat and clean. overall nice stay.
Verandah and general cleaning of rooms is good. But spider web near windows, heaters , all needs attention. Water leakage taps to be maintained properly. Apart recommended for average , near stay.
Good hotel in good location, maintained properly with good furniture and bathroom are also clean and tidy. Nearby ATMs, shops, medical shops, clinics almost all useful things available. calm and pleasent atmosphere. Dharapuram bus stand is 1 km away and we can find both veg and non veg restaurants nearby. staff are very cooperative. overall decent stay and value for money.

toilets can be improved.. needs to be checked.. esp.flush button not working.. and when current goes off, immediate/automatic generator needs to be switched on
Service is very bad, they don't have soaps, towels. Even on requesting they don't respond properly. Please find some other good hotels nearby
