I came for out patient and they told us to take trips never told us that it is going to be day fees and room charges for 1500. They just take our money without telling us what the charges will be. They asked us to buy medicine for trips 1100 ( I can understand this) and they asked us to pay another 1500 for using a room for the medicine for headache in outpatient. Make sure you ask the treatment cost for even for out patient.

Not happy with the hospital as they charge more for general consultation which RS.400. Admitted for Dengue, room charge & daily consultation was so so so high...Duty doctor consultation is notvrequired as they do NOTHING , but the charge was RS 1000 daily . Smell was not good inside the hospital which was very tough to get admitted. Hospital with high facility can cost this much...But Sakthi doesn't have much facilities so paying hight money is not recommended here.

Very exhorbident prices. Had gone there for admitting my father during COVID time. They recommended CT Scan. At that time a CT scan was usually costing around Rs4000 but I was billed Rs6500 and They recommended blood test with a name COVID package which had extensive tests which was actually not required (confirmed from my relative who is a MBBS MD). Charged another Rs6000 for this test. After charging Rs12500 was made to wait for more than 4 hours for CT Scan. Initially I thought the scanning is in the hospital but it was outside and the pickup ambulance came after 4 hours. Seeing this poor service we had decided against admission in this hospital. Stay away. Not recommended at all.

Very worst experience with the hospital. Charged exorbitant Amount as bill even if admitted at big hospitals bill will be lower. Obgyn Doctor is charging for a visit after delivery is 1500 rs and duty doctors(even though there is no need) 1000rs. They are charging so high for everything. I can upload the bill here or you can call me we can discuss about the exorbitant charges . Only for general visit after delivery we had to pay 18k approx. not at all satisfied with the cost incurred.

After receiving approval from my insurance, I noticed a surge in additional services offered to me. While I understand hospitals have to cover their costs, it felt somewhat reminiscent of corporate cross-selling practices. I underwent various tests, including Head X Ray, Chest X-ray, Nose CT, and Chest CT, each of which came with an additional charge. Additional Charges: Here are some of the charges I encountered during my stay: Duty Doctor checkup: Rs 1000 Other specialist checkups: Rs 2000 Water vapor inhalation: Rs 500 Thoughts on Healthcare Transparency: I believe transparency in healthcare is crucial. As patients, we should be aware of the costs involved and have the right to make informed decisions about our treatment. After all, the insurance premiums we pay come from our hard-earned money, and it's essential to ensure we get the best value for it. Call for Governance: In light of this experience, I would like to emphasize the importance of having some form of governance over hospital billing practices. Stricter regulations could potentially lead to better transparency and more reasonable pricing. Ultimately, it would benefit patients by reducing the burden of insurance premiums.

A Friendly hospital with great service. Always cautious about taking care of patients. Friendly doctors. Most of the facilities are available here. Great private rooms with good maintenance too.
