Rooms need improvement. Old beds. Bad bathrooms. Surroundings are unclean and stink and collect duty stagnant water.

Low cost but -No securities. From your phone to underwear can be stolen. There is powerless cctv camera hanging outside. -full room clean only after evacuation notice, -constantly changing roommates, so that you will not find out who have taken your charger, -provide food enough, but if you ask about food quality big argument will start about food price and other, -electricity bill comes more than goverment's yearly budget, -Advance amount is low, but once given forget about it that you will get it back. Moreover good place to stay, ease of access with shops and others.

Nice but food good for Tamil people... 5000with food 3000 without food and 3000 in advance... Mosquito more here... So if you're stay here keep a mosquito coil and need to pay current bill either avoid here... Such a stupid pg... and that warden Chandra will not give back your advance. ...

Price is Rs. 3500 for a four person sharing room... With TV, Heater and washing machine... Moderate place and windows cannot be opened on account of mosquito problem.... Hence the rooms don't have sufficient ventilation....

Stagnant water adjacent to the building due to which mosquito problems are there. Parking is available but the owner parks his Scorpio for more than half of the available parking space. Remaining space is not enough for all the 2 wheelers. If you value your bike too much then don't choose this place. Each day your bike will get a scratch or a dent. Food is OK. Not sure why but the electricity bill will always be more than 2500rs for just 2 lights, 2 fans, a TV and a washing machine. I've lived in places in the same area where the bill is less than 700rs for the same setup.

They charge room rent different from different people. As per share room it is costly. They cheat in electric bills. The meter are manipulated which shows abnormal reading.

Please don't fall for fake reviews.they take 4500 for two times food,which is very bad in quality.wifi does not work, washing machine may or may not work but since we have to pay electricity bill on our own,their old generation machines will cost you by over power consumption (bill starts from 1800 for a two month period, without using washing machine).rooms are average.there is house keeping, which is a good thing.no heater.for AC, each person has to pay extra 500 Rs. In short,for 4500 ,you get the worst food, and a 4 sharing room

Sakthi gents hostel is near SP koil main road. Food provided there is very poor. You can't have that food.
