I heard from one of my colleagues that this is the only hospital which is clean and hygienic for master health check ups around ORR & Sharjapur road. That's true, I personally experienced the cleanliness. Crowded, so better go fast and enroll yourself. First time visitors need to check in the personal data thru front office computer and after that you can register the appointment. They don't follow the queue or token order, so one after one you can go get the testing done; all testing at one place, next to next doors. Final consultation available only after 3 PM it seems; my appointment time was 8 AM and all testing completed at 11 AM, but still I was told to come at 3PM for consultation. So prepare yourself accordingly to stay late. Lady doctor just gone through my results and suggested few things, she was not ready to answer any other questions!

Visited Sakra Premium clinic for a medical checkup in November 2023. It's a very well managed place and all the health checkup rooms are planned and arranged for your convenience. The process of registration and checkup was quite smooth. Positives: 1. Staff is friendly and helpful. 2. Streamlined process 3. Very less wait time and everything in the same vicinity Negative: 1. Found the person collecting blood too ignorant. While collecting blood samples the staff was continuously on phone, both landline as well as mobile and while blood was being drawn the person was dailing on the phone. This is not only disrespectful to the patient but also unsafe. 2. In the cafeteria , tea/coffee was not available for a long time.

I came here for Company provided health checkup, it was all good till blood test reports came, when I noticed 1st page I have been listed as Male and 2nd page onwards i have been listed as female. This causes all upper and lower limits as a different values. This make waste company's valuable money and time. I see very poor coordination with sourced lab. And management didn't have answer as how this happened. Finally they asked me to talk to doctor without blood reports, but she didn't have patience OR ask what problems I have, she just asked about family history. When they can't handle basic things, it is not worth to trust them with lab/blood reports.

I came here for my corporate sponsored annual health checkup. Initially it took close to 1 hour to get registration done and to start the tests, but then progressed quicker after that. I was done with all my tests in 4 hours. Sangeetha from blood sample collection place was very sweet and didn't feel the pain of needle prick at all. Just the re-visit to clinic again for consultation is a disadvantage as we have to come back again. Otherwise this place is good for health checkup

First time I visited this clinic for my annual health checks , clinic is spacious n less crowded, proper hygiene is maintained , most of the people comes for health check only , Assistant guided me throughout the investigations , no hustle, they have a small canteen where they provide you basic breakfast Idli -Vada-sambar , included in package , it was just okay only I checked in by 9:45AM and free by 1:15PM so it was quick . Will recommend to visit this clinic instead of Sakra hospital as there it will take almost full day to complete the checks.

During health checkup. The eye consultant pressed my left eye a bit harder and I am still in pain. My eyes were perfectly normal. There was no need to damage them. I am not sure what is his intention here.

I came for my family health check up. Very good and cleaned environment for the health check up compared to other hospitals. One person will be coordinating in each and every step starting from height and weight check, she will guiding for the all the check ups (with pleasant and smiley face), finally finished all the process with short period of time. Thank you sister for your complete support of the process. God bless you.. But onething not fulfilled my package is instead of TMT they did Echo for all my family members. I checked with doctor, doctor said TMT is good to know about heart. For elders means for my parents they did Echo that's fine itseems but they manipulate us also and did Echo, Hope so management will take note of this.

Unprofessional visiting doctor Dr Arvind and Mrs. Laxmi, the staff who scheduled the consultation post health checkup. I was given an appointment for 4 pm verbally. Did not receive any message confirmation. I reached at 4:02pm as unlike morning I had to park in B2. When I reached the reception I was told that the doctor left at 4 as I did not reach in time. I wonder how come I was given an appointment for the time when the doctor was supposed to leave. Never visiting again. Wasted my day as I have to come back again tomorrow
