They have air cooled room, please be causious while booking. AC can mean Air Conditioned and air cooled, read carefully while booking. I wanted to book air conditioned room but booked air cooled room as there is no clear distinctions whetger its air cooled or air conditioned. Air cooler sound so much while running that you have to switch it off while sleeping. 2 people can't talk sitting beside each other while it's running, the sound is that loud. Rooms are not clean. Washroom are not clean. looks like rooms built from 1950 and kept like that, no maintenance nothing. The restaurant food is awfully bad and expensive. Avoid having food from the hotel restaurant. The only positive point is it's nearer to the railway station nearly 200 meters inside the railway station campus itself. it will jardly take 52-3 mins walking to reach railway station from the hotel
Hotel is kind of semi private. Beds and beddings smell bad. Toilet was more or less okay but commode was not good and jet spray had leakage issue. AC rooms are not worth paying
Although old fashioned, missing modern looks, still the room and bath room both are spacious. Cooler is provided in place of A.C. Very near to railway station and also Prabhu Shri raam jaankii Mandir. The customer service is very good. Facilities too are good.

Very conviniently located three star hotel managed by UP Tourism corporation. If you need to catch a train in odd hours of night, this is the best hotel to stay in. Staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast Lunch & dinner are prepared on order only. The dining hall is spacious and comfortable, but I preferred food in my room only.
