This hotel was good for the price and location. I was able to walk to most areas that I wanted to visit. Rooms are small but clean. The two issues I had was the breakfast (almost nothing), and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very hard and caused issues with sleeping. This would make me consider not coming back here
Under renovation, live wires are everywhere in room so beware of naked wires around you because I have received electric shock on the very first day. View is good from glass wall of the room, service is terribly bad because no one picks up the phone specially while dialing on number ''9'' which is very common for room service, so if you want to ask anything just go on the ground floor and then ask on the concierge/reception desk. Rates are cheap, staff is good, no water heater or heated water available in the bathroom through taps. buckets are very small and shower is leaked, continues drain issue on room no. 204. Fan doesn't have any switch but have a speed regulator. AC are very old and windows AC are always noisey. TV is an achievement if you can run its challenging remotes.
Very Good Location one side lakeview another side Park view, Hotel personals are highly cooperative and considerate to our any sort of concern. It is hardly one kilometer from Railway station and bus stand. Neat and Clean rooms and washrooms.

Well maintained rooms. Staff also familiar with the guests. There is a restaurant which provides a great variety of items. Lift is not enough and the space between rooms is not good.

I would rate simply the highest. 1. Rooms are super clean and i recommend for family as it was very safe stay too with parking facility. 2. Good food and also morning complementary breakfast is too good with continental touch i believe chef is good.
