Dr Sameer Gupta is really very good doctor I have ever seen..but the receptionist and OPD staff is rude towards the patient and attendents..Ms Poonam the OPD staff doesn't know how to talk with attendants. As a nurse she must show some empathy towards the patient. She was screaming on us and not give respect to others.. otherwise doctors are very good. Without professional nurses there is no hospital. Patient came to hospital because of his or her problems and after that behaviour we feel sad. Thank you.
Dr Sameer is an exceptional doctor and even better human being. He cured me from Hepatitis-A without any recurrence in last 10 years. I consult him regularly for my parents heart and diabetes management.
Why can't I give a negative rating to a place like this?? The doctor is expert and good but the staff here especially the accountant and receptionist are so weird. They can't see u standing in front of them. All they can see is notes( in order pink(2000),black(500)&orange(200) ones)... They r dumb to the extent that u stand there for 30 mins and they will keep watching left and right instead of giving you a slip. They sweep over all the doctor's knowledge and wisdom with their weird minds. The accountant and receptionist both are sitting in same position with no sense at all. Either both start issuing slips or both start collecting money and then take hours to take a 500 rs note and return 200 from the same drawer they have been hatching over all day... Really disappointed with disgusting staff here.
Unprofessional Doctors with Lack of Ethics . These people are more into making money rather than treating patients...Had such a bad experience with these People...For them Its a just one case but for a patient , its their entire life. I request everyone to be extra vigilant while opting for a treatment in their Hospital.
She made my daughter's life a mess. She has no knowledge or professionalism. She only sent her nurses to treat her when my daughter was in pain. When things went out of control she told us to taker her to Chandigarh govt hospital and that too in midway of covid lockdown. She should not be called a doctor. Please be aware of such money centric goons. Shame on them

They Listen the patients very calmly and treat them.The services offered at this hospital is comparable with any super specialty hospital. Dr Sarita is polite but she will never insist you on deeper insight of your problem. I consulted sher fir 2 yrs but all in vain.She is not bothered to visit her patient in case of emergency. Only the nurse available will check you and determine if you are dying only then the dr can see you otherwise not. Useless medication just to linger on things are done and when things go out of control they will let you go to someone else.. if you are seeing them please be prepared for any worse to happen and dealing with that trauma on your own
